Choosing the right Realtor is one of the most important decisions when buying or selling your home. When choosing an agent, several things should play a key factor in your decision. Extensive local market expertise, 19+ years experience in both mortgages and real estate, advanced company technology, online tools and training are all things that I bring to the table when choosing me as your Realtor/Broker. I am the Owner and Principal Broker of The Virtual Realty Group Arkansas, LLC and a member of the National Association of Realtors. I was also recognized in 2016, 2017 and 2018 as a Diamond Award Broker, meaning my sales were in the top 5% of all Realtors in Northwest Arkansas.
I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1994 from Little Rock Air Force Base. I graduated from Fayetteville High School (1996) and also from the University of Arkansas (2001) with a degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. While attending college I was a member of the U of A Rugby team, several clubs, held a full time job waiting tables and added a construction job during the summers. My work ethic is second to none and something you can depend on. My parents have been married 50 years. I have three siblings with one older and one younger brother and an older sister. My dad is a retired Colonel from the US Air Force with 25+ years. My mom is a retired VP from the banking industry. My beautiful wife and I have been together for 21 years and have been married for 18 and we have two amazing little boys. My family instilled me with outstanding moral ethics and determination to work hard. They are my "why" and what drives me to be successful.
My experience is something you can certainly trust and lean on. I have been in the real estate industry in Northwest Arkansas since graduating in 2001 as both a Realtor and Loan Officer. My many years of experience working on both sides of a real estate transaction will greatly help you navigate the choppy waters and steer you in the best direction for you and your families’ biggest asset.
